Fantastic Experience for the Kids
Amazing Place
Staff/Elves are amazing & so helpful & lovely & so good with all the animals.
It was our 1st visit & we will definitely be back.
Step 1 Santa’s Grotto
Join Santa in his magical grotto and enjoy quality time with your family in a private setting. Share your Christmas wishes with him, and he’ll check his naughty and nice list. If you’ve been good, you’ll receive a Magical Gold Coin to spend in his Toy Emporium.
Step 2 The Toy Emporium
Step into the Amazing Toy Emporium and be welcomed by Bramble the Elf, Santa’s chief toy maker from the North Pole. Use your Magical Gold Coin to select one of the hundreds of toys available in the store, and take home and treasure.
Step 3 North Pole Sorting Office
Continue your adventure to the North Pole Sorting Office, where Parsnip the Elf manages the millions of letters received each year. Write a thank-you postcard to Santa, and Parsnip will help you post it in the HUGE North Pole Postbox. While you’re there, you can also view the photos taken with Santa in the grotto.
Step 4 Willowpool The Elf Village
Next, embark on an enchanting journey through the Elf Village, discovering where the elves reside and enjoy their leisure time when they’re not busy assisting Santa with toy production. Capture fantastic photos along the way and don’t forget to collect your sticker to add to your passport!
Step 5 The Amazing Elf Show
Check the back of your passport for the schedule of the Amazing Elf Show starring Bluebelle and Thistle the elves. While you enjoy the hilarious performance, Grownups can also indulge in a complimentary hot chocolate. Don’t forget to stop by the “Sweet Shop” for a treat or marshmallow toasting before finding your seat!
Step 6 Mrs Claus Kitchen
A trip to the North Pole isn’t complete without stopping by Mrs. Claus’s Kitchen! She’s been hard at work baking gingerbread men for all the good girls and boys to enjoy, and she needs your help decorating them. Each child will receive a delicious gingerbread man along with sweets and icing for decorating, and allergens will be accommodated.
