Fallow Deer are fairly widespread around the UK and are a protected species.
It is thought that the Normans first introduced them to Great Britain from Sicily for hunting.
They are elegant, medium-sized deer, with a typically spotted coat.
We have around 20 Fallow Deer here at Monk Park Farm.
