Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book tickets or can I just turn up?

We encourage booking your tickets online in advance of your visit. Booking online means you will save £3 per person off what it would cost you as a walk up visitor For some events and peak days we have a limit on the number of people that can visit the farm each day for a better visitor experience and to maintain happy, healthy animals. It also allows us to ensure the correct staffing levels.

Pre-booking is recommended for weekends and school holidays as we often sell out (especially if you are travelling a long way to visit)

You can buy your tickets here, in advance or even on the day if you are unsure which day you’ll be coming to the farm. It’s quick, easy, safe, and secure.

I've already bought tickets - can I change the day I visit?

If you created an account when you bought your tickets, you can log in and in most cases you can change your booking upto 48 hours in advance : Please note there will be an admin fee payble to change booking. For some events we may need more notice to change tickets but this will be made clear in the booking terms and conditions prior to booking
